Responsibilities

• Communications with clients regarding new projects and changes in the existing ones;
• APQP for new customer’s and internal projects;
• Activities related to PPAP: preparation and submission of documentation at customer portal, monitoring the approval status;
• Assists the Production and Quality teams in the production during the launch of new projects, interacting with the Quality departments from the other sites of the Company;
• Take part in development and updates of PFMEA and Control Plans for new projects;
• Lead 8D problems solving teams, prepares internal 8D reports to solve critical problems related to quality issues during the launch phase of new projects;
• Participates in the 8D team in solving customer complaints;
• Maintain internal database at quality software;
• Plan and follow Re-qualifications in accordance with customer requirements

Qualifications

• Technical education Bachelor or Master with professional experience in a manufacturing enterprise;
• Very good level of written and spoken English and good level of German language;
• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software;
• Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control plans, MSA, SCP, 8D Reports;
• Teamwork player;
• Good communication skills at domestic and international level with the necessary knowledge of national cultural differences;
• Aimed at achieving results, expertise to solve problems;
