We are currently looking for

Graduate Application Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of software releases to live production systems;
• Help resolving issues by making configuration amendments and writing temporary workaround scripts;
• Support the initial investigation by examining relevant log files stored on Unix/Linux server and recreating issues on a test system;
• Make configuration amendments and provide SQL scripts for data amendments;
• Write, execute, and document test cases. Make code changes;
• Run Daily / Weekly / Monthly Operational activities for our Telecom clients;
• Automate Operational and status check tasks by writing automation scripts;
• Deployment of Application Patches.

Requirements

• Recently completed or in the process of completing bachelor’s in at least one of the following majors: Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mathematics or Finance/ Accounting;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic SQL and/or Linux experience is an advantage;
• Any automation scripting language like ansible, shell scripting is an advantage;
• Availability to work on shifts and on call as needed.
