Responsibilities:
Manage Special processes (customer requirements) activities:
- Ensuring reliability of the special processes in Latecoere Bulgaria;
- Use of software’s for qualification follow-up activities (e-GDC, QIM etc);
- Perform job audits and monitoring of the processes to ensure sustainability and conformity of the process;
- Support the activities linked to special processes and external accreditation programs such as NADCAP;
- Perform statistical analysis studies supporting the processes.
Management of qualification of operator & inspection team:
- Use of Latecoere software (e-GDC) for recording and follow-up;
- Inspect and support qualification team for official record in data base;
- Update, maintain follow-up files for qualification.
Communication with all department in Latecoere:
- Use of Latecoere software for recording (QIM);
- Inspect and support qualification team for official record in data base.
Manage customer and internal special process audits:
- Preparation, Report and analysis;
- Action plan and follow up actions;
- Ensure/follow process audit.
Validates all technical and quality-related documentation within his/her scope
Report to Latecoere Bulgaria Technical Quality Supervisor
Use of the necessary quality tools to solve issue:
- RCCA (Root cause corrective action);
- 5 Why;
- 8D.

- Engineering Degree – minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial quality;
- Familiar with, applies and ensures application of the Company rules: Methods, Production Management, Quality, Safety, Labour regulations, Environmental regulations, Prevention;
- Familiar with aeronautics standards;
- Familiar with operator qualification processes;
- Familiar with test inspector recognition processes;
- Familiar with methods used to resolve problems and find root causes;
- Very good command of English. Reading and interpretation of technical documentation is essential;
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS office;
- Ability to manage different topic in a same day;
- Pro-active and motivated to learn;
- Communication with team in all Latecoere Group;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to act on own initiative;
- Customer-centred (internal and external customers);
- Organised / methodical;
- Problem-solving ability and responsibility;
