Responsibilities:

Manage Special processes (customer requirements) activities:

• Ensuring reliability of the special processes in Latecoere Bulgaria;
• Use of software’s for qualification follow-up activities (e-GDC, QIM etc);
• Perform job audits and monitoring of the processes to ensure sustainability and conformity of the process;
• Support the activities linked to special processes and external accreditation programs such as NADCAP;
• Perform statistical analysis studies supporting the processes.

Management of qualification of operator & inspection team:

• Use of Latecoere software (e-GDC) for recording and follow-up;
• Inspect and support qualification team for official record in data base;
• Update, maintain follow-up files for qualification.

Communication with all department in Latecoere:

• Use of Latecoere software for recording (QIM);
• Inspect and support qualification team for official record in data base.

Manage customer and internal special process audits:

• Preparation, Report and analysis;
• Action plan and follow up actions;
• Ensure/follow process audit.

Validates all technical and quality-related documentation within his/her scope

Report to Latecoere Bulgaria Technical Quality Supervisor

Use of the necessary quality tools to solve issue:

• RCCA (Root cause corrective action);
• 5 Why;
• 8D.
