Main Responsibilities
- Provide application support for business applications, ensuring their availability and performance.
- Follow the incident management process. Deliver investigation and resolution of application issues (incident requests).
- Communicate to the internal development team the more complex issues and follow up their timely resolution.
- Fulfill standard operational changes (service requests).

Job Requirements
- Communication of all repetitive issues and opportunities for improvement of the systems and interfaces to Business Solutions and Systems Delivery departments.
- Preparation and update of technical documentation.
- Provide excellent customer support service.
- Work under strict deadlines (Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements).
- University degree in Information Technologies/Computer Science or other technical education.
- Experience in delivering IT support service, following ITIL service delivery standards.
- Experience in the support or implementation of business systems will be considered as advantage.
- German B2 is a must.
Skills and Experience that will be an advantage:
- Work experience in support of mobile apps and their backend
- Work experience with ERP, CRM systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- SQL knowledge
