Main Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for business applications, ensuring their availability and performance.
  • Follow the incident management process. Deliver investigation and resolution of application issues (incident requests).
  • Communicate to the internal development team the more complex issues and follow up their timely resolution.
  • Fulfill standard operational changes (service requests).

Job Requirements

  • Communication of all repetitive issues and opportunities for improvement of the systems and interfaces to Business Solutions and Systems Delivery departments.
  • Preparation and update of technical documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer support service.
  • Work under strict deadlines (Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements). 
  • University degree in Information Technologies/Computer Science or other technical education.
  •  Experience in delivering IT support service, following ITIL service delivery standards.
  • Experience in the support or implementation of business systems will be considered as advantage.
  • German B2 is a must.

Skills and Experience that will be an advantage:

  • Work experience in support of mobile apps and their backend
  • Work experience with ERP, CRM systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • SQL knowledge
